½ tsp each garlic powder, tsp onion powder, and Italian seasoning
½ cup marinara sauce
Parmesan for topping
Directions:
Combine ground chicken, garlic, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, and seasonings in a bowl and mix well.
Heat oil in a cast-iron skillet on medium-low heat.
Form the meat mixture into balls (you should be able to make roughly 12 meatballs total). Place the meatballs into the hot skillet and cook for about 10 minutes, rotating the meatballs frequently. The meatballs will be fully cooked when they reach an internal temp of 165°F.
Top the meatballs with marinara sauce and parmesan cheese. Cover and allow a few minutes for the cheese to melt.
Pair with your favorite vegetable and roasted potatoes, over pasta, or on a warm roll as a meatball sub!
