I make an effort to include fish in our meals at least once a week, and this dish has become a regular in our rotation because it’s so quick and effortless to prepare. Plus, you can always mix things up by pairing it with different sides!

I feel fortunate to have a toddler who is open to trying almost any food. Fish has become one of her favorite proteins because its flaky texture makes it easy for her to eat. This recipe could be a hit with your toddlers too!

I served this with roasted red potatoes and green beans but you can easily swap out sides for whatever you are craving or have on hand!
