1/2 tsp each garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, dried parsley
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup marinara sauce
4 slices smoked cheddar
4 deli sub buns
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, dried parsley, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until just combined and form into 12 meatballs.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides and cooked through to an internal temperature of 165°F.
Place 3 meatballs into each sub bun.
Spoon marinara sauce evenly over the meatballs and top each sub with 1 slice of smoked cheddar cheese.
Place the assembled subs on a baking sheet and broil for 1–3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
